The Pitts Peach
Introducing the Pitts Peach—a daring twist that soars as high as its namesake. Built on your choice of crust, this limited-time pie layers our housemade peach BBQ, a mix of cream cheese, a light touch of mozzarella, and fresh, locally grown peach slices, all topped with crispy pancetta and a final low pass of peach BBQ. It's a bold tribute to the legendary Pitts Special biplane, which first took flight 80 years ago this week and changed the aerobatic world forever. Just like the aircraft, this one’s compact, powerful, and built to thrill.

The Barnstormer Bite
Skip Stewart doesn’t just fly—he performs with raw precision and unfiltered energy in his custom-built Pitts S-2S biplane, Prometheus. Nicknamed the “muscle biplane,” Prometheus has been completely overhauled from nose to tail, sporting a 400-horsepower engine and the kind of modifications that let Skip pull over 12 Gs in the sky. Known for his high-risk, low-altitude aerobatics and signature double ribbon cut, Skip is a master of spectacle—flying knife-edge takeoffs, tail-first ribbon slices, and finishing shows with one-wheel landings and smoky doughnut spins. A FedEx MD-11 captain by day and aerobatic daredevil by weekend, Skip’s blend of high skill, mechanical obsession, and storytelling has made him one of the most recognizable performers on the airshow circuit. His act isn’t just thrilling—it’s engineered to perfection, choreographed with care, and rooted in a lifelong passion for flight. Whether he’s flying under motercycles or within feet of jet trucks, Skip Stewart and Prometheus always leave crowds slack-jawed and smiling.
Hacks From The Hangar
Flying light? Make your sides work double duty. Grab an extra garden salad and toss in a scoop of tuna, rotisserie chicken, or leftover grilled veggies from last night’s dinner. Divide into meal-prep containers and you’ve got healthy, high-protein lunches that are cleared for clean eating—all without firing up the stove. Perfect for busy flight crews juggling practice runs, taxi pick-ups, and late-night homework.

Did You Know?
Did you know? Curtis Pitts designed his very first aerobatic biplane—the now-legendary Pitts Special—in 1943, right in the middle of World War II. He wasn’t a big company or even a team—just one man in a small Georgia workshop. That little airplane went on to become one of the most famous aerobatic aircraft in history, flown by countless champions and airshow legends.
It even has a pizza named after it!
Knots For Path!
