The Peach Pitts

The Peach Pitts is still flying strong in its third week—and it’s not slowing down. This bold limited-time pie layers housemade peach BBQ, smooth cream cheese, mozzarella, fresh-cut local peaches, and crispy pancetta on your choice of crust, finished with one last streak of peach BBQ. Sweet meets smoky in a crisp, creamy flavor formation. Just like the Pitts Special biplane that inspired it, it may be compact—but it performs like a legend.


The Tri Moter

This three-engine pepperoni powerhouse takes flight for National Pepperoni Pizza Day, available Saturday & Sunday only! The Tri-Motor layers classic pepperoni, crispy cup ’n char, and bold shredded pepperoni—all stacked on melty mozzarella and our signature red sauce. It’s a limited run, just like the iconic Ford Tri-Motor aircraft that inspired it—built for big flavor and short landings. Once it's gone, it's gone.


The Barnstormer Bite

If you’ve ever been to an airshow, there’s a good chance you’ve seen Sean D. Tucker—a world-famous aerobatic pilot known for flying wild, impossible stunts in bright red biplanes. He’s a legend in the sky, and one of his most famous aircraft has deep roots in Pitts biplane history. Back in 1992, a kid named Wyche Coleman overheard Curtis Pitts—the man who designed the original Pitts Special—joking that Sean D. Tucker might just break one of his planes. That stuck with Wyche. Years later, he worked with master builder Steve Wolf to create a new, high-performance version of the Pitts called the Wolf Pitts Pro. Sean flew it, loved it, and had one built for himself: the Oracle Challenger III. Both planes are one-of-a-kind and built for extreme flying. Paul Bennet now flies Coleman’s original, and Sean’s Challenger III is being retired to the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum. Only two of these super biplanes exist. And it all started with a passing comment, a childhood memory, and one pilot’s dream to fly faster, harder, and higher than ever before.

Before Curtis Pitts ever took to the skies, he was already trying to build airplanes—without even knowing how to fly. As a high schooler in Georgia, he designed his first aircraft using a modified car engine. But during early taxi tests, it crashed before it ever got off the ground. That early failure didn’t stop him. In fact, it may have sparked the relentless creativity he became known for. Just a few years later, Curtis Pitts would design the Pitts Special, a small, nimble biplane that went on to become one of the most iconic aerobatic aircraft in aviation history. Proof that even legends have to start somewhere.
