The Bonanza! National Pizza Month rolls on and this week, we’re landing something rich, seasonal, and totally unexpected: The Bonanza! It starts with a creamy roasted garlic and butternut squash base; smooth, savory, and built for fall. Then we load it with melty cheese, crispy bacon, and red onions. Once it’s baked to golden perfection, we top it with fresh arugula, a drizzle of real maple syrup, and a sprinkle of roasted pumpkin seeds. It’s a pizza that tastes like falling leaves, flannel shirts, and full bellies!! Available all week or while supplies last!!

The Barnstormer Bite

Matt Younkin is one of the few airshow performers in the world flying a vintage Beechcraft 18 a 1940s twin-engine transport aircraft never designed for aerobatics. But that doesn’t stop him. In his signature black-and-red “Twin Beech,” Matt puts on a jaw-dropping routine of loops, rolls, and nighttime stunts lit by strobes and smoke, turning a bulky warbird into a graceful performer. The act, called the Twin Beech Night Spectacular, has become a fan favorite at airshows across the country.

The aircraft itself— serial number N9109R —originally served as a WWII military trainer before being converted for airshow use. Matt, a third-generation pilot and son of the late aerobatic legend Bobby Younkin, carries the family legacy forward with precision and heart. His performances not only celebrate the aircraft’s history but also redefine what a “transport” plane can do in the airshow world.

Did You Know?

The Beechcraft Bonanza first took flight in 1947—and it’s still in production today, making it the longest continuously produced aircraft in history. Known for its signature V-tail design (on early models) and smooth handling, the Bonanza became a favorite among private pilots for its speed, comfort, and reliability. It’s earned a reputation as the “Cadillac of the Skies”—a perfect namesake for a pizza built on rich flavors and timeless appeal.
