The Adobo Blue Diamond
National Pizza Month keeps flying high, and this week we’re cleared for something bold, creamy, and totally unexpected: The Adobo Blue Diamond! It lifts off with a creamy adobo-inspired sauce rich, tangy, and full of flavor then loads up with grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, and caramelized onions. Once it’s baked to golden perfection, we finish it with melty mozzarella and a tangy crumble of goat cheese that gives this pie its signature flair. It’s daring, savory, and smooth as a formation pass our salute to the legendary Blue Diamonds demo team. Available all week or while supplies last!
The Barnstormer Bite
When Trojan Thunder takes to the sky, history reverberates in every turn. Six North American T-28 Trojans, once humble military trainers—now thunder through the airshow circuit in tight formation, fusing raw power with aerial ballet.
Formed in 2018, this U.S. civilian demo team showcases the roar of classic radial engines and the precision of modern formation flying. Each T-28 in their fleet was originally designed in the late 1940s as an advanced trainer for the U.S. Air Force and Navy, bridging the gap between prop planes and jets. These aircraft taught generations of pilots to balance brute force with finesse a spirit Trojan Thunder channels with every flight.

The Blue Diamonds of the Philippine Air Force are among the world’s oldest formal aerobatic teams, celebrated for their precision flying and iconic diamond formations that captivated airshow crowds for decades. At their peak, the team flew massive multi-ship routines, sometimes with more than a dozen aircraft in the air at once earning them a place in aviation history.
Their performances weren’t just airshows—they were a display of discipline, pride, and artistry that turned the sky into a living work of motion.
The Pilots Pick!
This week’s Pilot’s Pick is the Puddle Jumper—a small-but-mighty pizza that proves altitude isn’t everything. Built for balance and flavor, it takes off with a base of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ, melty mozzarella, juicy Dole pineapple, thin-sliced red onions, and crispy bacon crumbles. Once it’s baked to golden perfection, we finish it with an extra swirl of SBR for that perfect sweet-and-smoky landing.
Light, bold, and a little playful this one’s built for short hops and big flavor.
Use code: JUMPER for $5 off any Large or Small Puddle Jumper.
Did You Know?
Did you know the first aerobatic demonstration teams were formed in the years after World War II? Pilots returning from combat used their skills to perform formation routines that celebrated unity, precision, and the pure joy of flight, laying the groundwork for the famous teams we cheer for today.
