The Spirit of America

The Spirit of America is back by popular demand, our boldest, smokiest, most all-American pizza! This one start with a rich bourbon BBQ base, then layer it with our special four-cheese blend. On top? Mesquite grilled chicken, hickory smoked bacon, red onions, red peppers, and a final touch of locally grown sweet corn from our friends at Sandoval’s Fruit Shack. It’s backyard BBQ on a pizza! The Spirit of America is ready for takeoff. Available all month long—dine in, carry out, or have it delivered straight to your hangar—now flying hot pies to BEH, C20, and vacation rentals across St. Joe!


The Barnstormer Bite

Ed “Hamster” Hamill isn’t just any airshow pilot—he’s a retired U.S. Air Force colonel with 30 years of service and over 2,200 hours flying F‑16s, including combat missions in Korea, Germany, Bosnia, and Iraq. He began airshow flying in 1999, training under aerobatic legend Sean D. Tucker, and has since performed over 400 shows for more than 45  million spectators across North America. Today, he flies the vibrant Folds of Honor Biplane, using aerobatics to raise awareness and support for military families through scholarships. And this week on The Barnstormer Bite, Ed trades airspeed for cheese pull as he joins us for a quick chat about pizza. The very first episode of The Barnstormer Bite has officially been cleared for takeout—watch it now!
